In our latest webinar, we unveiled enhancements that raise the bar for how you present itineraries, collaborate, and work smarter.

1. More Visuals. More Impact.

A few photos can spark excitement—but now you don’t have to be limited to five. You now have the ability to add up to 10 images or videos per itinerary event, you can tell a richer, more complete story of what a trip will look and feel like.

Showcase more angles, highlight multiple experiences, and immerse clients in the destination before they even pack a bag.

2. Improved Hotel Content

A common point of feedback we received was that the descriptions and photos in our hotel database were out of date time and consuming to edit. So we’re changing how we capture content with imports to give you better descriptions, and higher quality photos. When it comes to hotels, the details matter, and we’re excited to bring this to our community.

We’ve started with our most requested hotels including Hilton Hotel and Resorts, Marriott, and their family of brands. With more hotels coming soon.

3. New Itinerary Views For Group Trips (Coming Soon)

Group travel can be a huge win for travel advisors—but managing different versions of the same itinerary has been frustrating and time-consuming. Even with small groups, just one traveler taking a different flight or joining an extra tour means more versions to update, and more chances for mistakes.

This release solves that.

Now, with traveler-specific views and smarter link sharing built into Travefy’s itinerary builder, advisors can manage group trips with confidence and clarity. Build one itinerary, customize who sees what, and share it with peace of mind.

5. New Virtuoso API Integration

Travefy is proud to be the exclusive initial launch partner for Virtuoso’s new API. This integration enables agencies that belong to Virtuoso, to automatically sync agency, marketing, and transaction data from Travefy directly into Virtuoso—eliminating manual uploads, reducing duplicate work, and improving data accuracy across platforms.

The integration lives inside our CRM, so you can enjoy email integration, Invoices, Commissions, and more—all while data flows securely behind the scenes.
