Step 1

Set up your Agent Profile

To get started, you should set up your Agent Profile which can be found on your Account page by clicking Your Profile. This information includes your name, photo, title, phone number, website, and logo. This branding and contact information are important to fill out since they will appear on your itineraries and proposals.

Step 2

Create a new itinerary

To create a new itinerary, simply go to the Active Trips list on your Account page and click the Create a New Trip button. This will take you to Travefy's easy itinerary builder.

As a first step, you can personalize your itinerary. You will see a Trip Name and image in the top left corner of your screen. Click the pencil icon and a window will open to add essential trip information. These optional fields include the Trip Name, Start Date, Price and Description. You will also find your trip-specific email address in that window where you can forward all booking receipts to be magically added to your trip.

To update the Trip Image simply click the Change Cover Photo button on the itienrary page. All of this information will appear on your shareable itinerary and can be updated at any point.

Step 3

Add itinerary details

To start populating your itinerary click + New Event on the top of your itinerary. Optional fields will appear to add information like a title, description, start time, and price in addition to specifically tailored fields for accommodations, flights, transportation and cruises.

You can also add places with rich information from your personal curated library (see Power Tips) or Travefy's integrated database of millions of places, restaurants, and accommodations. Each place includes useful information like photos, ratings, descriptions, and maps.

Lastly, you can automatically add any booking confirmation emails to Travefy using your trip specific email address.

Step 4

Create custom Library content

From your Account page or Active Trips page click on "Content Library". The Content Library allows you to create your own datbase of custom content to add to any itinerary or quote. Create general items like "Ground Transfer" and you can always customize then on a trip by trip basis.

The Library works very well for anything you use frequently on itineraries like common upsells, bookables, tour options, room types, activities, landmarks, destination information, etc.

Step 5

Share your itinerary with customers

You can share your itinerary or proposal with customers via a beautiful mobile-friendly online itinerary / link or PDF. To access either, simply click the Send to Client button on the top left of your itinerary. A window will open with the following options to deliver the itinerary to your client:

  • Mobile-friendly online link
  • Email with link to online itinerary
  • Mobile itinerary app for iOS and Android (Learn more)
  • PDF Export
