1. New ways to control, customize, and share itineraries

We’ve refreshed the itinerary builder with an Editing Toggle that unlocks new flexibility and personalization options:
‍

• Contact Dropdown: Easily select individual travelers associated with a trip to personalize their itinerary. Any edits you make will only appear on their version, perfect for tailoring details or adding private notes.
  
  
• Hide Events (Drafting): Working a new event? Hide it from a traveler’s view until it’s ready to share.
  
  
• Hide Events (Personalization): If only some travelers are attending a specific event, you can now hide that event from others’ views, making each itinerary perfectly personalized.
  
  
• Flexible Link Sharing: You can now send unique trip links for each traveler, control if they are required to log in on email invites, and revoke access without impacting others on the trip.
  
  
• Full Detailed Itinerary Link: Share a link that displays all trip events and traveler-specific details. Ideal for group leaders or parents who need full visibility into the trip.

2. Save your favorite images - up to 100!

Instead of having to search or reupload your favorite images every time, you can now favorite them from your multimedia window to save for later. Save up to 100 images per account. Visit our FAQ to see how it works.

Note: You can currently save images but not videos.

3. Add Your Email Signature

After launching our new Email Integration tool, you told us how important your branded signature is for maintaining consistency. Now, you can easily add it with a quick copy and paste.

How to set it up:

Navigate to your Account Settings → Linked Accounts → Email.

If your email is connected to Travefy, you’ll see the option to add your signature. Copy it from your provider (Google, Outlook, etc.), paste it into Travefy, and voilà—every contact email you send includes your professional signature automatically.

4. Improved Hotel Content

We've changed how we capture hotel content with imports to give you higher quality photos and better descriptions. When it comes to hotels, the details matter, and we’re excited to bring this to our community. Now you can:

• Choose whether or not you want to import hotel descriptions
• Access updated/higher quality photos
  ‍

‍Add Up To 10 Images/Videos: We’ve doubled the amount of images or videos you can add to an itinerary event to tell a richer, more complete story of what a trip will look and feel like.
