Keep your client communication personal with a dedicated Preferred Name field in Contacts. Preferred Names work across Contact editing, Forms and Smart Fields, imports and exports, email personalization, the API, and Signature synchronization, so you can address travelers the way they prefer throughout your workflow. Smart Reconcile now accepts more file types, including images, emails, spreadsheets, CSVs, Word documents, and RTF files. We've also improved matching for scenarios like multiple commissions tied to one Booking, duplicate commissions, and supplier names that don't match exactly, helping more statements move through reconciliation successfully.
Bring more Expedia TAAP bookings into your workflow with expanded package support. You no longer need to specify whether you're importing a hotel, car, flight, or package before starting the import, making it simpler to bring booking details into Travefy. Learn more
Bookings added or updated through the API are now highlighted so you can quickly spot what needs review. Viewed status is tracked for each user and stays connected with Compass, helping you keep up with new booking activity without losing context.
Your Compass business growth widget now shows exact totals when you hover and lets you compare this year's performance with last year's. We also improved how Needs Your Attention items and notification indicators stay in sync as you work across Travefy. Learn more
Board View now sorts Trips by start date, helping you see what's coming up in chronological order. Your selected Trip view, filters, and sorting preferences also stay in place more consistently as you move between Trips and other areas of Travefy. Learn more
Tasks synced to Google Calendar now reflect their completion status, so your calendar stays closer to what's happening in Travefy. Calendar events created for these tasks also appear as available rather than busy, helping you keep an accurate view of your schedule. Learn more
When working with a commission, you can now search for a Booking directly from the Booking reference field and connect it yourself. This gives you more control when a commission hasn't automatically matched to the right Booking. Learn more
You can now search and sort suppliers using the display name shown to travelers while keeping optional display-name overrides intact. This makes it easier to find the right supplier while maintaining the traveler-facing names you've chosen. Learn more
