November brought some fun upgrades we’ve been eager to share! Not only are hotel images across Travefy looking better than ever, but you can now add your email signature to automated messages—so every invite and update feels a little more you. Here’s everything we launched this month!

1. Over 250 hotel brands now have upgraded images.

We’ve officially completed our project to upgrade hotel images across the Travefy database! You’ll now see cleaner, higher-resolution visuals throughout your itineraries and proposals, ensuring your trips look even more professional and client-ready.

2. Include your email signature in automated and system emails

Your email signature can now be automatically included in system-generated messages—such as trip invites, Decisions sends, and other automated communications. This gives every touchpoint a more personalized, branded feel.

Just head to Email Settings and check the new option to include your signature.

3. Quality of Life Improvements

Itinerary and Proposal previews now open in a new tab 🎉

‍You shared how important this behavior was to your workflow, and we listened. Previewing an itinerary or proposal will once again open in a new tab, making it easier to compare versions, multitask, and keep your workspace organized.

Clearer link copying

‍We refreshed the itinerary sharing modal to make link copying more intuitive. Advisors will now see the itinerary name included in the modal and a more streamlined UI to ensure you're always copying the correct link.

Minor patch for traveler contact info

‍We resolved an issue that prevented some travelers from updating their name or email address in their Travefy account.
‍

Traveler preferred name default

‍When an advisor uses a nickname or alternate spelling in an invitation, Travefy will now automatically default to displaying the traveler’s preferred name from their account—ensuring consistency and reducing confusion.
