This release is a meaningful step forward in how Travefy helps you manage every client relationship, from the first inquiry to the fifth trip, all in one place. We've rebuilt the Contact List experience with faster search, smarter sorting, bulk actions that cut through repetitive tasks, and an import flow that quickly and correctly gets your existing clients into Travefy.
For advisors managing 50+ active clients, the admin work has always been the hidden tax on growth. The searching, the clicking, the updating one record at a time. That's the time this release gives back. And this is just the start. We're continuing to build on this foundation because that's what you expect from a CRM: one place you go to manage every client relationship.
Here's a look at what's new.
The details you reach for most, name, phone, and email, are now visible right in your Contact List so you can copy and act without clicking into a single profile. And with infinite scroll, your full list loads as you go so you're never waiting on the page, even when you're managing hundreds of travelers.
What used to mean working through records one by one now takes a fraction of the time. Select the travelers you need, then take action on all of them at once. Here's what you can do with bulk actions:
Coming soon: As Travefy rolls out upcoming API integrations, you'll also be able to manage Marketing Preferences and Permissions through bulk actions, making it easier to keep your travelers' experiences organized without duplication.
Find any contact in seconds by searching name, email, or phone number, so the right traveler is always one search away. Spend less time digging and more time moving your work forward.
Sort travelers by first name, last name, or last updated to quickly zero in on who needs your attention. Refine further with label, travel status, and "created by" filters so you're always looking at exactly the right group of clients, not scrolling through everyone to find them.
Bring your existing contact list in from a spreadsheet or another platform and map your fields correctly the first time. Everything comes over, all your contact fields, labels, and preferences, so you can get moving right away instead of getting stuck in setup. This is the fastest way for new advisors and agencies to get into Travefy and hit the ground running.
