I love to travel! I think it is so important to have as much personal experience as possible in order to help guide my clients to making the most out of their vacation!
I have been a travel professional helping clients for over 10 years now. Over that time, I have built relationships with suppliers and other agents to gain even more knowledge and experience! I have completed the highest level of training available for Walt Disney World, Universal, Disney Cruise Line, Virgin Voyages, Royal Caribbean, Disneyland, Princess Cruises, Aulani, Sandals/Beaches and so many more; but I have visited(or cruised those locations) many times! This allows me to offer first hand knowledge and experience while planning your perfect vacation.
I am so excited for you to have one of the best vacations ever! I would love to speak with you about your vision for your perfect vacation, brain storm, and come up with the ideal plan for your wonderful vacation!
When you reach out to me to help plan your vacation, I will respond with follow up questions, including what is the best way you would like to discuss your vacation. Sometimes people like to communicate through email, and sometimes a scheduled planning call to brainstorm ideas works better. I understand that life is busy, so whatever works best for you and your time is how we will proceed!
After I have an idea what you are looking for, I will email you a link with a few options, pricing, photos and videos(where available) to help you make your decision.
From there, if you have further questions we will discuss more; communication will be the key as I am always happy to work with you to help find your perfect vacation! If everything looks great and you know which option you would like to proceed with, I will just have you fill out the guest verification(this just insures I have everyones names correct) form that will be found in the quote so I can place the reservation on hold for you!
Once the reservation is placed on hold, I will send you a secure credit card authorization form to collect your payment information for the deposit. Once the deposit is set, I will send you an updated confirmation showing the deposit is placed.
Shortly after that, I will start sending you emails about your destination to help you to stay informed on what you can experience on your vacation. For places like Disney or Virgin Voyages who has dining open up on a specific day, I will be sure you are informed of your options and remind you of that day before it comes up. If you would like me to make reservations for you, I am happy to do that, as long as you get the information to me prior to the reservation day. (I usually like at least several days ahead of time so I have time to follow up with you and ask any questions if needed).
I will also remind you before your final payment is due and send you a new authorization form to collect your payment information. If you want to make payments along the way on your vacation, that is absolutely fine! You just need to let me know when and how much and we can do that!
Prior to your vacation, I will send you a travel package in the mail. This will include information that I think will be helpful on your vacation, tips to make the most of your time and more! I usually include a couple items I think will be helpful to you as well!!
When you work with me, it is a true partnership, I take joy in planning your perfect vacation, but I also trust in you that when you are asking me to research your vacation, you are planning to book through me as well. It is important to understand that travel agents don't get paid until AFTER you travel. Please be respectful of that, no one wants to work for free. I completely understand that things come up that can't be helped sometimes and that is ok, I just ask that you plan to use me when you are ready to travel the next time!
I do not charge planning fees when you book your vacation through me. All companies have a commission built into the cost of your vacation, that commission will either go back to the corporation or to a small business owner(like me!). The cost of your vacation will be the same, and you have your very own travel advocate! As your agent, I will be checking when new promotions come out, and if they are available and apply to your vacation, I will automatically apply it to your vacation!
