If we cant handle your trip, we will let you know, and do our best to even refer you to a specialist in your area of travel as we have connections with many other experts in the industry as well. We prioritize customer experience as our top priority so if that means having to refer you to another agency that can handle you, we will do it. What Does Your "Service Charge" Cover?
Great question! Simply put there is a LOT of research on the back end and we have multiple people working on it at any given time. The service charge covers all that time taken to put together your perfect trip from finding best flight options, best tour options, best hotel options, transfers, whatever it is, you name it, we do it. But it doesn't stop once your trip is booked, It not only covers your entire personalized itinerary built out for you with unlimited edits until its perfect for you that you can access anytime directly in our app on the google or apple play store, equipped with live customer support directly built in. But it also covers anything you may need while on your trip, any changes or adjustments. Have any issues on your trip? What is your "First Time Client Challenge"
Simply put if you are a first time client, we understand no matter what we say or do, this is your first time dealing with us. All the value we say we offer sounds cool on paper, but you haven't experienced it yet. Its like seeing pictures of someone on vacation and actually being on that vacation, its not the same. So what we do for first time clients is we offer them the "First Time Client" challenge, where we will take your Service Charge, and completely add 100% of it to your trip purchase. We will eat all the costs for your very first trip because we know once you do book with us and experience the Adventure Holidays difference, you will be back just like all of our other clients who happily come back and pay the service charge for all future bookings. The fact is, your more likely to save more on your trip money wise, let alone stress, hassle, and time wise with our service charge added purely due to our connections in the travel space for special rates not available to the public and only available to top professionals in the space like ourselves.
What Happens After I Pay My Service Charge?
Once you have paid your service charge, we will schedule a 1 on 1 call with you as a first time client for our "Client Discovery" call. This call is designed to get to know you and whoever you are travelling with more to better customize your trip, as well as figure out all the trip details for the current trip you are wanting to plan. This call is free and included in the cost of the service charge. From there we will put together a proposal for your perfect trip where you can view it, comment on it, and change anything you want as many times as you want until its perfect for your wants and needs for this specific trip. Once it is good, you simply will hit the "approve" button on the proposal and we will then transform it into a final itinerary. What is your flight? What gate does it depart? What gate does it land? what are the top things to do in your destination you are travelling to? Top places to eat? We got you covered, all of that will be included in your final itinerary and updated in real time. So if your flight changes? The departing or arriving gate changes? It will be updated in real time in your itinerary, you can use this through your entire trip to stay organized and see what to do on your trip
Is the Travel Consultation/Quote Charge Refundable?
Once you have paid for your travel consultation/quote, it requires a lot of our time to get going. We have a personalized 1 on 1 travel consultation call with you, as well as have our entire team usually dedicated an entire day, upwards of multiple days to building out your perfect proposed itinerary/quote. The Travel consultation/quote fee does not even cover our overhead costs for doing all this, and because its for work that is already done, it can not be refunded. But for first time clients, we do apply 100% of this cost towards your specific itinerary you inquired about. We do this because we know the value we provide for our clients and know as soon as you experience our services for the first time, you will see the value and keep coming back just like a majority of our clients do. We have never had a refund request in 2 years, hold a 5 out of 5 star rating on our public review page on Facebook, and strive for 100% satisfaction with our clients.
