If you are a new first time client, you will spend a little extra time putting together your Client Profile that we save that gets us to know you on a more personal level, like what is it that YOU like and that YOU are interested in?
Like we have said before, what is perfect to one person, is not perfect to the next, and that is why it is important for us to get to know our clients to deliver the best experience possible.
After your travel consultation call, our experts will get hard at work in putting together your perfect trip and deliver to you a fully customizable travel proposal that will be delivered directly to you inside of your very own app for our clients that you would of been instructed to get on the travel consultation call.
Want to edit something? No problem! Simply use the live chat feature in the app to say what you want fixed and once the itinerary is perfect for you, simply hit the "approve" button and it will then be finalized and uploaded as a final itinerary that you can use and look at through the whole duration of your trip, even if you dont have internet!
The best part is it updates in live time.
Flight change or delay? updated in app in live time! What terminal are you flying into or out of? updated in real time for you in your app!
