After you send the Client Form and answer the questions, I will personally contact you for further assistance. We will communicate by phone or email and via your personal travel itinerary website or mobile app as the trip planning begins. Planning options will be given, and you will select which is best for you.
After a follow up consultation, I will reserve your accommodations, cruise, flights, transportation, excursions, etc. per your request, and send a credit card authorization to collect your deposit. This may happen in steps as we prepare each detail carefully so that you may get the best experiences throughout the process.
As your travel arrangements continue, I will remind you when payments are due, as well as any registration of excursions/tours you may wish to do. As we fill your trip with amazing experiences, you will be directed to your personal trip itinerary as changes occur, so you have everything available to you throughout the process.
