Terms

• After submitting your registration, you will then receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days after the confirmation has been received
• You must be physically, and medically fit to join this trip. There will be walking on uneven surfaces, up/down hills, on/off the Motor Coach, and other physical necessities that are not handicap accessible. 
•  We can not accommodate Wheelchairs on the Motor Coach. Collapsable walkers can be accommodated if necessary but you must be able to keep up with the group activities. You will be responsible for the care/storage of your walker in your room at the hotels
• You will be allowed 1 Checked Bag and 1 Carry-on for this trip. (does not include portable CPAP machine). The bus driver will get your 1 checked bag on/off the coach. You will be responsible for your carry-on (backpacks are always nice for this)
• If you feel you will need a bit of help on this trip, it is advised that you bring someone with you who can provide for your needs
• Vulgar language, disrespect, fighting, obscene gestures, and other unsuitable behavior will not be tolerated before, during, or after this trip, social media posts, or review sites. Final decisions on handling behavior will be made by the Tour Guide and/or Tour Host (Jody) if problems occur 
• You will be removed from the social media platform and/or the trip if problems occur and no refund of any funds already paid will be issued. 
• Social Media: Please keep positive conversations and questions geared toward the trip on the Facebook trip page. 
• Jody/Aqua & Earth Travel and Brendan Vacations will not be responsible for loss, stolen, or damaged items 
• Do not bring expensive jewelry, equipment, or other items on the trip that are not necessary for medical or physical needs
• You are responsible for bringing all medications needed for the trip w/extras. Often you can not get exact replacements while traveling 
• If after you sign up you find that you can not go on the trip, please direct that conversation to Jody via email or phone call only. Do not post on the trip Facebook page

• At Brendan Vacations we are always working on making your trip as seamless as possible and keeping you updated where we can. The world is constantly changing and more so now than ever. There will be times when visits & experiences on your itinerary may not be available for reasons outside our control. We will always do our best to provide suitable replacements when this occurs. 

Tipping & Insurance

• Tips (cash in pounds) will be collected by Jody for the Driver and the Guide during the trip. Please plan on 10 pounds per day or 100 pounds for the trip (total suggested)  - (pounds only, not US dollars)
