Why I became a Travel Advisor

I get to wake up every day doing something I love. I get to inspire people to do things that inspire them. It’s the most wonderful thing in the world. In fact, the best part is trying to figure out all the different ways I can do that. It really is amazing. And believe it or not, I’ve been able to make a successful career from it. Thank you for your continued support and referrals to friends and family!

Why I decided to move to British Columbia

In August 2023, I relocated from Nova Scotia to pursue the two-year Master of Arts in Tourism Management program at Royal Roads University in Victoria. The global tourism industry needs people who can lead organizations and communities to be resilient and sustainable and to adapt to change. I love how my work as a Travel Advisor brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the program. I am sharing my expertise with faculty and students and also learning from their backgrounds.

Where am I going next?
Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand April 2025

For three weeks, I'll be on a wide-ranging adventure exploring ruins, beaches, urban culture, and awe-inspiring landscapes. I get to cruise the Mekong for a day and overnight on a traditional sailing junk boat in Halong Bay. I will witness the heights of Cambodia's past at Angkor Wat. Follow my journey on Instagram
