All National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures group trips are accompanied by one of our Chief Experience Officers (CEO). The aim of the CEO is to take the hassle out of your travels and to help you have the best trip possible.
They will provide information on the places you are travelling through, offer suggestions for things to do and see, recommend great local eating venues and introduce you to our local friends.
While not being guides in the traditional sense you can expect them to have a broad general knowledge of the countries visited on the trip, including historical, cultural, religious and social aspects.
We also use local guides where we think more specific knowledge will add to the enjoyment of the places we are visiting- we think it's the best of both worlds.
Our accommodations will be for (8 nights) and are centrally located during our itinerary with an opportunity for you to see other properties near the restaurants, pubs and shops. They will also be within walking distance of the train stations which will be a mode of transportation your potential clients will be interested in as well.
Solo Travelers
We believe solo travelers should not have to pay more to travel so our group trips are designed for shared accommodation and do not involve a single supplement. Single travellers joining group trips are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with someone of the same sex for the duration of the trip. Interested in MY OWN ROOM let us know! Rooms will be for double occupancy.
EDINBURGH
In Edinburgh we will be in the Old Town district but be within walking distance of New Town.

At the beginning of the Highlands, the town is located in Banavie on the banks of the Caledonian Canal and overlooking Britain’s highest mountain Ben Nevis,
GLASGOW
Historical hotel located in the heart of Glasgow for easy access to the sites, restaurants and train station.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotels are 3 & 4 Star Accommodations for Europe, meaning they offer rooms, amenities and breakfast.

My recommendation is Allianz or TravelSafe or check with your credit card for coverage. I will include a quote from Allianz with your confirmation of this group trip.
