Shannon is a lifelong member of St. Mary's Parish in Huntingburg, Indiana. After 27 years of teaching English, Shannon recently made a career change to further her love of learning and traveling along with her Catholic faith. She is a travel advisor for Compass Adventures Travel, specializing in cultural and faith-based travel.
Fr. Homero is a native of Central America. He emigrated to the US while in high school and joined the missionaries of The Sacred Heart in Chicago. In 2016 he was ordained to the priesthood, and he currently serves the parishes of St. Mary's, Huntingburg, and St. Joseph's, Jasper, where he offers Masses in Spanish and English languages.
