Day 1: December 26, 2025
- Arrive in Ghana and meet your guides at Kotoka International Airport, Accra.
- Transfer to your hotel, enjoy a welcome dinner, and optional Accra nightlife.
Day 2: December 27, 2025
- City tour of Accra, explore Jamestown, enjoy the local food, and vibrant nightlife.
Day 3: December 28, 2025
- Shop at Accra's cultural center and West Hill Mall for AfroFuture essentials
- Optional: Attend AfroFuture celebrations at El Wak Stadium and experience Osu's nightlife.
Day 4: December 29, 2025
- Head north to the Ashanti Region, visiting local sites. Arrive in Kumasi.
Day 5: December 30, 2025
- Visit UNESCO-recognized Asante buildings and Nana Yaa Asantewaa’s shrine.
- Explore Adanwomasie and Ntunso villages, Manhyia Palace Museum, and Kejetia Market.
Day 6: December 31, 2025
- Travel south to Elmina.
- Optional New Year's Eve beachfront dinner or local nightlife.
Day 7: January 1, 2026
- Early breakfast and canopy walk at Kakum National Park.
- Participate in a traditional Naming Ceremony and celebrate with a beach party at Brenu Akyenim.
Day 8: January 2, 2026

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to travelwithhtw@gmail.com. All payments for this trip are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Terms: Deposit of $325 per person is due by October 10, 2024. Final payment is due by October 10, 2025. Please note, late payments are subject to reservation cancelation. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. Late payments will not be accepted more than 5 (five) days after the Final Payment is due. Failure to provide full payment within 5 days of the Final Payment Due Date will result is forfeiture of all funds and reservation cancellation. All late payment requests must be approved by Heavenly Touch Wellness Travel and the vendor prior to the payment due date.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Please verify that the name on your invoice matches your passport.
It is highly suggested that you purchase Travel Insurance, that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation. Interruption. Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You may request a quote from Heavenly Touch Wellness Travel within 14 days of applying your deposit.
You are responsible for booking your own flights to and from Ghana. We will assist with this process, if needed.
Roommate matching is not available. You are responsible for obtaining your own roommate.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
You acknowledge and understand that the signed charge authorization is a binding agreement for charging your submitted credit card, or being invoiced for the charges, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event and I agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of the trip. In the event that you attempt without Heavenly Touch Wellness Travel authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, Heavenly Touch Wellness Travel reserves the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees.
