The couple has chosen the beautiful Hyatt Ziva Cancun in Cancun, Mexico! I look forward to helping all of the guests (you) find the room categories and dates that best fit your travel needs. They have reserved a room block, with special pricing and amenities for you, their guests. Although they love kids, this is going to be an adult only celebration.
There are NO FEES associated with booking with me, and the bride and groom benefit from you booking within the group. By filling out the RSVP link, you will receive a quote for your stay. Once the quote process is complete you will have the opportunity to secure your room with a deposit.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
Room Block booking dates June 12-17, 2024 (days outside of the room block dates are available upon request and subject to availability with resort inventory approval).
There is a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person for your room only reservation. This deposit is SUBTRACTED from your total reservation amount.
There is a payment schedule due on your room reservation as follows:
Room Deposit: $150 per person due October 5, 2023
Second Deposit: 1/2 of remaining balance due December 5, 2023
Final Payment: balance of the reservation due NO LATER than March 1, 2024
Guests are responsible for booking your own airfare for this wedding. The airport that you will fly into is the Cancun Airport (CUN is the air code).
NOTE - you do NOT have to have your airfare booked when you reserve your room; just make sure that its booked by March 14, 2024. ALSO if you do not have your passport at the time of booking you MUST have it by your travel date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION (IMPORTANT)
Travel Protection is an option on all bookings, and is included in the price. The bride is requesting that all reservations keep this coverage.

THE FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment for all reservations will be due by March 1, 2024.
PAYMENT PLANS
After making your initial deposit, you can make payments as often as you like as long as the balance is paid by March 1, 2024.
