Hello my name is Rachel Burk, the Destination Wedding Travel Specialist for the Gross/Sutliff Wedding. I am so excited to be working with Liza and Brendan on their wonderful Destination Wedding!
The couple has chosen the beautiful Hard Rock Los Cabos, Mexico! I look forward to helping all of the guests (you) find the room categories and dates that best fit your travel needs. They have reserved a room block, with special pricing and amenities for you, their guests.
There are NO FEES associated with booking with me, and the bride and groom benefit immensely from you booking within the group. By filling out the RSVP link, you will receive a quote for your stay. Once the quote process is complete, you will have the opportunity to secure your room with a deposit.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
There is a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person for your room only reservation. This deposit is SUBTRACTED from your total reservation amount.
The deposit will be due at the time of booking - no later than June 15, 2023. The airport that you will fly into is the Los Cabo Airport (SJD is the air code). I am able to assist with air if you'd like, but you're welcome to book your own flights.
NOTE - you do NOT have to have your airfare booked when you reserve your room; just make sure that its booked by February 15, 2024. ALSO if you do not have your passport at the time of booking you MUST have it by your travel date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION (IMPORTANT)
Travel Protection is an option on all bookings, and is included in the price. The bride and groom are requesting that all reservations keep this coverage.

THE FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment for all reservations will be due by November 21, 2023.
PAYMENT PLANS
After making your initial deposit, you can make payments as often as you like as long as the balance is paid by November 21, 2023.
