  • Group Flight: Departing out of Orlando, Florida  Oct. 11th on Emirates Airline.  ( Economy Class) - We have reservations for 30 seats


 Flight Schedule: Plans for the group flight out of Orlando is to depart on October 11th and arrive in Dubai on October 12th and then we will depart from hotel on late night, October 18th and arrive back in Orlando on October 19th in the morning.

What are the Passport and Visa Requirements for Dubai?

PASSPORT VALIDITY:

  • 6 months validity after date of arrival. 12-page U.S. emergency passport often not accepted for entry in Dubai.

BLANK PASSPORT PAGES:

One page required for entry stamp.

TOURIST VISA REQUIRED:

  • Not required for tourist stays under 30 days

  • None

DOES THE LAND PACKAGE INCLUDE FLIGHTS?

  • NO- But we are planning to make arrangements for a group flight on Emirates Airlines that will depart from Orlando, Florida on Oct. 11th and return on October 19th? This will be a Non-Stop Flight departing out of Orlando.  If you are interested in flying out of Orlando, please contact us for details.

WHAT ARE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ?

  • The initial deposit is $300.00 per person is due and you will pay this on the Dubai Resgistration Form. After your initiaL deposit,  we will set you up with a  monthly payment schedule. You will only required to pay a minimum of $200.00 or more per month. Monthly payments must be made to keep reservation secured. The remaiing and final balance is due by June 15th, 2024. 






Travel Protection

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance on your Dubai Travel Package. You are welcome to use your own preferred travel insurance company as well.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment Schedule: Initial Deposit is $300.00 per person for Land Package and $400.00 per person for Full Flight Package out of Orlando and then a Monthly payment of a minimum of $200.00 or more per month is due with the remaining and final balance being due by June 15th, 2024.
  •  All payments to Clar’ Escapes Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Payments must be made Monthly to keep reservation secured and avoid cancellation. You will be set up on a payment schedule.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may

    apply.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than
    what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments

  • Late payment of $100.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
