The Following Items are Not Included in the Price of Your Room
- Flights – Airfare to and from Cancun is not included and must be booked separately.
- Travel Insurance – Coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events is highly recommended but not included.
- Mexico Visitax – A mandatory tourism tax required for travelers visiting Cancun, payable online or at the airport.
- Motorized Water Sports – Activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and other motorized adventures are available for an additional fee.
- Excursions & Tours – Off-site adventures like exploring Mayan ruins, visiting cenotes, or day trips to Isla Mujeres require separate bookings.
- Spa Treatments – While the spa facilities are available, individual massages, facials, and treatments incur extra charges.
- Upgraded Accommodations – Special room upgrades, such as suites or oceanfront views, may be available for an additional cost.
- Premium Wine & Liquor – Some top-shelf wine and liquor options may not be included in the all-inclusive package.
- Gratuities for Off-Resort Services – Tipping for excursions, airport transfers, and other external services is not covered.
- Airport Transfers – Transportation to and from the Cancun airport is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.

3) Approve room cost and complete a credit card authorization form. You may authorize your payment here. Final payment is due November 4, 2025. You will receive a monthly payment reminder, however payments may be made at any time to your discretion up until final payment.
You will receive the final itinerary with any group events and activities once your booking has been confirmed.

Deposits: $50 per person (subject to change based on current promotions) due at the time of booking. A credit card authorization will be sent to you upon quote acceptance.

Changes:
Any changes including room type, date changes will incur a $50 per person change fee.
NOTE: NO NAME CHANGES ALLOWED. BOOKED NAMES MUST MATCH PASSPORT.
Cancellations
Cancellations will incur a $50 per person fee. Cancellations occurring 10 days or less before your check in will incur a penalty equal to one night's fee. Cancellation occurring within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% fee of all room charges.
*Penthouse Rooms and Villas will incur a 3 night penalty for all cancellations 30 days or less before your check in.
