• Experience some of the traditional foodways of Palermo during a guided street-food tasting
• Return to hotel, with afternoon at leisure
• Continue our food exploration of Palermo with dinner at Osteria Ballarò

• Continue to Marsala to CANTINA DONNAFUGATA . A complete and sophisticated experience; guided tour of the winery followed by a tasting of 5 wines paired with 5 samples of Sicilian cuisine.The tasting concludes with a tasting of their Ben Ryè Passito di Pantelleria DOC oil, the result of heroic viticulture on the volcanic island.

• Continue to Noto, and the winery CANTINA PLANETA BUONIVINI. Planeta stands out for its commitment to quality, blending traditional Sicilian winemaking techniques with modern innovations. Its charming mix of Baroque architecture, narrow alleys, and vibrant cultural life makes Ortigia a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Depart to Mount Etna by private 4x4 vehicles. At 1,900 meters, we will travel off-road to visit recent lava eruptions. After a coffee break and short hike (for those wishing), we will proceed to VINI GAMBINO for a wine lunch.
• Transfer back to Taormina and arrive approximately 3 p.m.
• Afternoon, dinner at leisure
