  • Booking Timeline for Holiday Season:

    • Budget & Standard: 6-9 months in advance for reasonable prices.
    • Premium: 9-12 months in advance for luxury hotels, villas, and private tours.
    • Island Ferries & Domestic Flights: At least 3 months in advance, earlier for high-demand routes (e.g., Athens to Santorini, Mykonos).

Why I Charge a Planning Fee

Budget Requests & Availability
We collaborate heavily with you and advise.

We strive to meet your budget requirements as closely as possible. However, please note that pricing is based on availability, seasonal demand, and specific preferences. As such, we cannot guarantee that all elements of the experience will fall within the requested budget, especially during peak travel periods or for exclusive experiences. We will always work to find the best options that balance your budget, preferences, and availability.

Tour Operator Partnership & Package Structure
This is Why you use an AGENT/Planner

To ensure a seamless travel experience, I collaborate with a trusted tour operator who works with top suppliers to secure the best services, accommodations, and transfers. By working with a tour operator, we can protect your investment and guarantee that everything is arranged, coordinated, and confirmed.

Important Note:
Trips are packaged as a whole (accommodation, transportation, tours, etc.), which means they are not itemized separately. This structure ensures that your trip is fully secured with clear contracts, protecting both the pricing and your experience. This method eliminates any potential gaps or issues that could arise when booking individual services separately.

Payment Terms
Once a Proposal is Approved

To ensure your personalized trip is expertly planned, I require an initial deposit of 25-30% of the estimated total investment once we finalize your itinerary and booking details. The remaining balance is due 45-60 days before your trip. Payment can be made via bank transfer, or  credit card, and I offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs

Please Note:

  • Planning Fees are due upfront to begin work on your itinerary and are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are applied to the final total investment and may be partially  refundable depending on the terms of the suppliers involved.
  • Full payment is required before final confirmation of services and bookings.
