How do I book?

To book your room: 

Please submit your registration before February 1, 2025.

To book your room: 

*All guests will need to complete the reservation form below. 

* Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person). 

1. Gather Your Info: We will need the full passport name & DOB for everyone in your room. Still waiting for your passport? That's OK! Just use the name you used or will use on your passport application. 

2. Completely Fill Out The Form: Select the Number of Passengers and the form will dynamically create spaces for everyone in your group. Only the fields marked with an asterisk * on the form are REQUIRED. 

3. Click Submit! Once we receive the form, we will review, book your room, and then send an invoice for you to review & approve before you pay your deposit. You will receive your invoice with a link to pay the deposit within 48 business hours from the time you click submit.

If there is a middle name or initial on your passport please include this on the form. Your passport must match your airline ticket, or you may be denied boarding. 


Step 2 Contact Information: This is Self-explanatory. 


Step 3 Trip Information: Your departure date is June 19, and your return date is June 24. Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your trip. If you must cancel, the trip may be completely non-refundable depending on the date it is cancelled. Our medical insurance does not work in other countries, and we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. By checking “Yes” on the form you are indicating that you would like a quote for travel insurance. 


Step 4 Payment Information: Once you have completed the booking form and registered for the trip, you will be emailed an invoice as well as a secure payment link to make your deposit. 


Step 5 Additional Information: Please include your bedding request (one or two beds) in the comments. Bedding is not guaranteed. Then check the box to agree, enter the date, e-sign, and click "submit".


60% of your trip total is due February 1, 2025

Final payment is due on April 1, 2025.  

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit per room to secure your reservation. An additional deposit may be required for flights.

FAQ

Is there a payment plan?
Yes. After the deposit is received, you may make as few or as many payments as you'd like as long as 60% of the trip is paid by February 1 and the final payment is made by April 1, 2025. All payments are non-refundable unless travel insurance is purchased.


Do I need a passport?
Yes, all US travelers are required to have a passport including infants and children. We recommend checking your passport now to see if you need to renew - please don't wait until the last minute! If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The Dominican Republic requires that passports be valid for 6 months after travel.

The passport card or enhanced drivers license is NOT valid for air travel. The only acceptable document is the passport book. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

US Customs and Border Protection recommends that any child under age 16 traveling without both legal guardians should have a notarized Child Travel Consent signed by both legal guardians. Having the consent notarized decreases the chances of travel authorities questioning its validity.


What's the minimum check in age?

Each room will require a responsible adult/parent over the age of 25. Travel with Awestruck and its employees are not responsible for the supervision of participants of the trip.


What's included?

All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.


Why book with Travel With Awestruck? 
There are several reasons why you should join us and book the hotel portion with the group:
We have negotiated a special rate for the ENTIRE group.
Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, this group is protected but your reservation is not. If you book outside of this block you could be moved to a different resort.


Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
Will not get the group rates
Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from our award winning team.
Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
