Now that we have things under way, you may be wondering what happens next. Although we are already underway confirming the items on your trip, there’s a bit more to this than meets the eye. While some courses can be secured immediately, others won’t confirm bookings until late fall. Please bear with us; we’ll complete all of your bookings as expeditiously as possible.
In the meantime, please DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS until we’ve presented you with a formal summary of all your reservations and you’ve approved the final layout. In the meantime feel free to direct any questions to tcteam@pioneergolf.com.

Based on thirty-three participants:
$6,911.00 (per golfer sharing rooms)
$3,670.00 (per non-golfer sharing rooms)
The above price includes the cost of a St Andrews Old Course tee time if you are successful in obtaining a tee time through a 3-Step Process (Step 1: Annual Lottery; then, if unsuccessful, Step 2: Daily Ballot; and then, if unsuccessful, Step 3: Singles Daily Draw). This process is described in the “Information and Documents” section below. Pioneer Golf is one of a limited number of “Authorised Providers” of St Andrews Old Course tee times. It is important that each member of your group understands the various ways of getting onto the Old Course and which are included in your proposal.
$2,600.00 (additional premium per person for Guaranteed Old Course Tee Time)
At time of acceptance, we offer the option to guarantee a St Andrews Old Course tee time for this additional per golfer premium. This price increase would be applied at final payment if you are unsuccessful through the Annual Lottery process. It also includes a St Andrews Links Photobook showcasing memories from your round on the Old Course (a £250 value) and a £100 gift card to be spent at any of the St Andrews course clubhouses and the official pro shop. We strongly advise reserving one of our limited Old Course guaranteed tee times at least 12-24 months in advance as they sell out quickly.

INITIAL PAYMENT & NEXT STEPS
Due at the time of registration:
$2,000.00 (per golfer if trip price is under $8,000)
OR
$2,500.00 (per golfer if trip price is over $8,000)
$1,000.00 (per non-golfer)
If you are ready to accept this proposal, the leader of the group should copy the Group ID and click the link below in order to fill out a short agreement form, golfer registration form, and provide initial payment. Subsequently, we will provide instructions for each additional traveler to register and also make their initial payment.

*Please note: We are contractually obligated to pay deposits at most courses and some hotels upon making a reservation. Reservations are generally made only for the number of participants who have paid initial deposits. Upon payment of a delayed initial deposit, a tee time or hotel room for such individual cannot be guaranteed.
This price is FIXED for a 2028 trip. If comparing this proposal to one from a competitor, be sure to check the fine print regarding the price as many operators are providing a 2026 price and will be adjusting that price once 2028 rates are known. The price change could amount to a 16-20% increase as demand for travel has never been so high. Please also note that this price is valid for two weeks, and thereafter will be updated only for the exchange rate on the date the proposal is accepted.
