Overview: This program is designed to explore the Classic Northern Safari Circuit with a special focus on the Southern Serengeti. From December to April, millions of wildebeest and zebra gather on the short grass plains in anticipation of the calving season — with up to 8,000 wildebeest calves born each day at the peak. Explore this unique region while nature puts on one of its most spectacular and unforgettable shows.

The accommodations are carefully handpicked within the Mid-Range Accommodation Tier, allowing guests to enjoy Tanzania’s incredible wildlife and bush landscapes comfortably and affordably.

Peak Seasons: December 20 – April 14 (Off-Peak: December 1 – 19)

Highlights: 6 Day / 5 Night Private Safari – exploring Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Southern Serengeti National Park.

Guests wishing to extend their adventure can add extra safari nights in other parks, enjoy curated activities near Arusha or Mount Kilimanjaro, or relax with a beach extension in Zanzibar or Mafia Island.

Price includes: Private 4x4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle with pop-up roof, full-board accommodations unless otherwise stated, professional English-speaking safari guide, unlimited driving kilometres, all park fees, taxes and levies, unlimited drinking water, and a well-stocked mini fridge in the vehicle with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
