Join us in Iceland for an exciting trip giving us the opportunity for the Northern Lights. During March we have a good balance of daylight for daytime sightseeing, but also darkness in the night time for the Aurora Borealis.
Our trip is short and sweet, but gives you the true highlights of the island, including several waterfalls, glaciers, volcanos, and other natural wonders. Plus, we’ll have the opportunity to visit the famous Blue Lagoon.
Our flight logistics during this time of year are more limited, but Iceland Air offers non-stop service from Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, and a few other east coast cities. Making a connection thru one of these locations should be best on this trip. We’ll iron out air logistics later this summer.
During our tour around Iceland, we’re traveling with Globus. Our tour includes transportation, most sightseeing, several meals, and our accommodations. Along with the included features, we have a tour director with our group. This a standard size tour group, so the coach will likely have between 40-45 travelers. Our group of friends will likely be between 14-20 travelers, joining the rest of the tour travelers. Not a small group tour, and not an exclusive program to our group, but we’ll make new friends.
Deposit is $250 per person to join, and we’ll map out our flights later in the summer.
