RATES:
USD. $3,950/per person in 5-star accommodations based on Double or Triple occupancy
USD. $5,600 in 5-star accommodations based on Single occupancy.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Initial deposit: $500/per person
- Monthly payments of $250/per person
- Final payment will be due Thursday July 30, 2026 (65 days) prior to travel date.
PASSPORTS & VISAS: US citizens require a visa which is included in the cost of the Trip. Our services include your Egyptian visa and visa assistance. In Cairo your passport will receive an entry Visa upon arrival.
A passport valid for more than six months and a round-trip ticket. Please ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport with at least TWO BLANK PAGES marked “VISA” (and that this is valid for at least 6 months after your intended return date from Egypt.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you choose to make your own international flight arrangements, please plan to ARRIVE at Cairo International Airport (CAI) on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Our organized tour activities begin on October 4, 2026. For your return, please schedule your flight to DEPART from CAI on Friday, October 16, 2026.
Note: If flying from the United States, you will need to depart on or before October 2, 2026, to arrive in Cairo on the required date. Please send us your final flight itinerary immediately after booking.
