Olympic Peninsula to British Columbia Walking and Hiking

Washington’s Stunning National Park & Enchanting Victoria

This ferry-tale is not “once upon a time.” Now’s the time to explore the waterways and forest trails on the magical Olympic Peninsula and Vancouver Island. Step into your own Pacific Northwest story.

Highlights

  • Hike to Olympic National Park’s Hurricane Ridge and feel like you’re on top of the world—
take in all the places we visit from this prime spot!

  • Spot seabirds, whales and other marine life by shore and by sea, on ferries, in kayaks and
    from waterfront hotels

  • Ferry from Washington to Victoria, B.C. via the iconic Black Ball Ferry Line—it’s a scenic
journey of mountains, islands, ocean and sky

  • Explore Victoria’s Inner Harbour and admire the city’s architecture on streets called Pandora
    and Belleville

  • Relax with a treatment at our hotel’s award-winning spa in Victoria or a dip in the mineral pools

Activity Level

This trip has an activity level range of 1-3. Several routes are offered each day so you can choose our perfect amount of activity.

The terrain on this trip is hilly—you'll encounter continuous short ups and downs (and a few longer climbs), making the hikes both challenging at times and highly rewarding (think great views!). We walk and hike on well-maintained trails, but you will encounter roots and rocks frequently; at times trails might be muddy, slippery or exposed.
