Important Notes:

• 2026 rates are not yet finalized. We’ve applied 2025 rates with an estimated increase and will update them once 2026 pricing is released.

• **This quotation includes costs in multiple currencies (USD & ZAR), with the total USD amount calculated using today’s prevailing exchange rates of 1 USD = 17.5393 ZAR . Please note that due to ongoing currency fluctuations—especially prevalent in African markets—the final charges will be converted at the actual exchange rate applicable on the date each payment is processed. 

• Please note you are required to take out travel insurance upon confirmation of the booking, in order for cancellations to be claimed in legitimate circumstances.

• Flight prices may fluctuate. Costs may change between quoting, booking, payment, and ticket issuance.

Payment terms:

• Travel Service Deposit of 25% (or greater if specified in your quotation according to 3rd party deposit requirements, date of travel etc) is payable at time of booking confirmation
• Final payment 90 days prior to travel
