PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND AVAILABILITY UNTIL THE MOMENT OF FIRM RESERVATION.
Payment, Changes, and Cancellation Policies:
● To secure this reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for individual passengers or groups. Applies up to 31 days before the trip for individuals and 46 days for groups.
● The total payment for a reservation must be made up to 30 days before departure.
● If a reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the full payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation being made.
● Reservations without payment will be CANCELLED after 24 HOURS.
● In the case of groups of passengers, the total payment must be made 45 days before departure.
● When a group is booked less than 45 days before departure, the full payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation being made.
● Service vouchers will be delivered once full payment is received (confirmed in DadaViajes’ account), including proof of the respective deductions. For this point to be valid, it is also necessary that the passenger information is correct and complete.
● Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be canceled. The administrative cost for cancellation is USD $50.00 per invoice.
● 31 days before departure: the deposit paid per person detailed in each of the programs will be forfeited, for groups it will be 45 days.
● 30 days before the travel date: 100% of the reservation value, for any reason, including cancellations due to COVID, for groups it will be 45 days.
● Name change penalty: USD $350 up to 10 days before the travel package starts
● Changes to date or destination are not allowed.
● At the time of check-in, you agree to the detailed services and accept the penalties described in this service settlement without exception.
● Hotels may charge a deposit fee per passenger which is out of DadaViajes/Got2gether management.
