I have business partners who lead these portions of the tour. They are local, they have graduate level training (some even with PhDs) in the subject matter. And you’ll have a dedicated driver and tour manager for the whole tour.
Price includes hotels, driver, guides, breakfast and dinners (and lunches where noted), Petra and wadi rum excursions. Flight from Tel Aviv to Eilat with transfer to Aqaba. (Scuba or snorkeling gear additional)
Please be prepared to bring tips for drivers, guides, and any handlers. I’ll send instructions about how much per person per day per service.
Jewish items are not permitted into Jordan (menorah, tefillin, jewelry, shofar, kippah, praying books, etc.) they will be asked to return to Israel. Please ship home any of these items in advance so you are not turned away at the border.
Note that there are some early mornings during your tour of Egypt (1) to take advantage of sunlight (2) potentially avoid heat later in the day (3) to get the best entries into the sites.
