VENICE

Traveling to Venice is about giving up your sense of direction, and letting the spirit guide you across 400 bridges connecting 118 small islands, all in a romantic setting overlooking the sea. From magnificent St Mark's Basilica to charming little squares, the Most Serene Republic of Venice entices on every corner of its small winding streets, combining déjà vu with things seen for the very first time. This city, which fought so long to maintain its independence, immerses you in the middle of a colorful painting, into a theatre with multiple sets, where the buzz of the crowds on the cobblestones is forgotten when confronted with the vestiges of a bygone era.

FLORENCE

When you understand that a quarter of all works of Italian artistic heritage are concentrated in the Florentine city, you can be certain that art reigns supreme in the Tuscan capital. You will have the opportunity to appreciate the opulence of the Italian Renaissance with superb walks through the wonders to be discovered; the piazza del Duomo is home to one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world clad in white, green and pink marble. Florence as a city is not just a museum, visit the authentic welcoming bars of the Oltrarno district to see the art of "l'aperitivo" for yourself.

ROME

A trip to Rome is an intoxicating mix of past and present. This ancient capital of the world (caput mundi), is virtually a huge open-area museum, but is far from being stuck in the past. This city has many faces which reflect successive eras: the Roman Colosseum and the Forum will take you back to Ancient Rome, and then, a few streets further along, you will be transported to the Classical Era by the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon or Piazza Navona. Stroll among Imperial ruins, on the lookout for street art, before taking a break at one of the city's many retro cafés. "All roads lead to Rome", and that's a good thing!
