If you are receiving this email, you are cordially invited to the destination wedding of Zachary Varley and Emily Beisel in beautiful Whitehouse, Jamaica. Their wedding will be on Saturday June 6th 2026 at the beautiful Sandals South Coast. This is an All-Inclusive, Adult-Only resort.
Formal invitations will follow at a later date, but they wanted to send out information as soon as possible to give everyone enough time for planning.
Zack and Emily have secured a contracted room block at Sandals South Coast with special rates for their guests. This contract includes a select number and type of room category. The contracted stay dates are June 4th to June 8th. However the stay can be extended as long as there is availability. The room category can also be upgraded depending on availability. Details on how to book can be found below.

ROOM-ONLY BOOKING DETAILS
Deposit: $400 per room/couple
Travel Insurance: Optional and highly recommended. Pricing starts at: $124.00 per person
Insurance can be added at the time of deposit
ROUND-TRIP Transportation is included in all reservations.
AIRFARE INFORMATION
Airfare for your travel dates will not be available until July 2025.
If you book a resort-only package now and decide to add airfare later, the airfare will need to be paid in full at that time.
You are also welcome to book your flights independently, if preferred.
FINAL PAYMENT REMINDERS
Your payment schedule is up to you! You will have access to a portal to pre-approve payments. This payment is NOT automatically processed but will be processed by Getaways by Tiffany as soon as it is received. Please be sure to enter the card CVV in the notes section of this form.
Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated before you place your deposit and will be listed on your invoice.
40% of remaining balance is due MARCH 1ST and FULL payment is due by APRIL 1ST.
A reminder will be sent 2 weeks before your final payment due date to help you stay on track.

This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Trip insurance is offered by a third party but can be purchased online on the last step of the booking engine. Price will be added to the total vacation price.
The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable. The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.

Step 2: Once I receive your registration form, I'm able to start locking in your room and rate. Keep in mind a deposit within 24 hours to become an active booking.
