Congratulations!
Some very special people in your life are getting married and have chosen a destination wedding at an all inclusive resort: Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres in beautiful Costa Mujeres, Mexico.
There are many things that go into this type of wedding - including planning for your arrival and stay!
It is imperative to book through Vic’s Vacations, the selected travel agency by the bride and groom, for your trip so you are included in all the festivities, the resort knows why you are there for the wedding, and you gain access to amenities unlocked by being affiliated with a wedding party. Failure to do so will result in additional incurred fees by the bride and groom and create quite a bit of confusion for wedding festivities when you book on your own. Don't worry, there is zero fee to work with Vic's Vacations, you're actually saving money by booking with a room block contracted rate.
The wedding will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
A few things to note about a destination wedding:
There will be multiple options for length of stay and room categories (if you choose) that you may select based on the time you'd like to be in Costa Mujeres, Mexico and your budget.
The nonrefundable $200 per person room deposit will be due at time of booking. See further in this proposal.
There are different amounts for your deposit based on the time frame in which you book.
Deposits go towards your trip total.
Final payment is due on March 1, 2026.
You may make payments along the way on a monthly cadence if you choose to set that up.
There will be two types of insurance you can select - a cash back cancel for any reason and a vacation credit cancel for any reason. These will be described in this quote. It is very important you select the one that makes the most sense for you. While the credit policy will automatically be applied to every reservation, it is suggested to upgrade that to a cash back policy.
You will be booking air on your own with suggestions/details once flights are released.
