Our ethos at Golf Inspired is about the celebration of the game; good living shared by like-minded individuals seeking memorable experiences. Through a series of signature events, our team specializes in creating relaxed and fun-filled environments in some of the world's most iconic golf destinations. Ayrshire is one of those iconic destinations not to mention, it happens to be the where our company founder and event host, Sean Winton grew up.
"Growing up in Maidens, the neighboring village of Turnberry, I never imaged my move to the States would result in me getting into the travel industry and bringing clients back to a place where I used grew up. I started in 1996 and it's always been a dream to host an event such as this at my childhood home - Turnberry is a special part of the world and I am so look ing forward to showing the very best of my home as it will be one to remember!"
Our Ayrshire Links Invitational is open to golfers (40) and non-golfers seeking the very best in life experiences...
For our golfers, we start you off with Turnberry's King Robert the Bruce followed by Royal Troon (host to next summers 152nd OPEN Championship) and Western Gailes before finishing off with arguably one of the best links golf courses in the world - the Ailsa Course at Turnberry.
For our non-golfers we will offer an array of options for those seeking to explore experiences off-resort. Some of the local highlights to mentioned are a 17th century castle - Culzean Castle and the home of Robert Burns, Scotland's national bard. On property, Turnberry has a wonderful spa, an equestrian center, falconry, clay pigeon shooting and so much more. There is literally something for everyone to do!
Throughout the week, we will pair the very best of what Ayrshire has to offer in scenery, culture and most important of all, it's culinary delights!
