Airfare: group air, on tour dates, from Portland, Oregon $1900.00 roundtrip per person. Airline and schedule to be booked by Mayflower Tours, specific flights will not be announced until 30-60 days prior to departure.

Insurance Coverage: $449 per person

Passport & Visas: Each U.S. citizen must have a valid passport. Expiry date of passports should be at least 6 months after the return date of tour.
Kenya and Tanzania both require visas, application and cost will be the responsibility of each passenger. Approx. price of $130 per person.
Yellow Fever vaccination or waiver is required for entry.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
91 days or more prior to departure: Deposit Amount is non-refundable
• 90 to 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total tour
• 44 to 15 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour
• 14 to 1 day prior to departure: 50% of total tour
• Day of departure or early departure from tour: 100% of total tour
• No refund on unused portions of the tour
Optional Travelers Protection Plan: $449 per person, strongly encouraged.
TIPS: Tips for personal services and to tour directors and drivers are not included in tour cost and left to the discretion of the traveler.
EXCLUSIONS: All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, etc.) and meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included in the cost of the tour and must be paid by the client.
