These are non refundable deposits - a one time date change and one time name change are allowed if you need to make modifications.

Air is not included in that total price but will be assisting clients with flight selections, they then will be booked by the client (this is due to credit card flagging) Vic's Vacations is happy to assist picking flights - read terms and conditions.

Pricing in travel fluctuates daily so please be mindful of that with response to your quote. Significant time lapse between quoting and booking can lead to changes in room availability as well as pricing for both hotel/air.
