I have business partners who lead these portions of the tour. They are local, they have graduate level training (some even with PhDs) in the subject matter. And you’ll have a dedicated driver and tour manager for the whole tour.
Price includes hotels, driver, guides, breakfast and dinners (and lunches where noted), Petra and wadi rum excursions. Flight from Tel Aviv to Eilat with transfer to Aqaba. (Scuba or snorkeling gear additional)

Guide. $10-$15 per person per day
Driver. $6-$8 per person per day
Handler (airport assist). $3-$5 per person per day
Crew & ship staff collectively: $5 – $15 USD per person per night for Nile river cruises.
I recommend in advance of travelling, organize your tips into envelopes and write on a note on the outside about who the tip is for and for which day(s). That way when you are in country, you have everything ready to go and you simply pull out the appropriate envelope at the end of the day or end of an experience with a service provider.
Note also: Jewish items are not permitted into Jordan (menorah, tefillin, jewelry, shofar, kippah, praying books, etc.) they will be asked to return to Israel. Please ship home any of these items in advance so you are not turned away at the border.
Note that there are some early mornings during your tour of Egypt (1) to take advantage of sunlight (2) potentially avoid heat later in the day (3) to get the best entries into the sites.
