ENCOUNTER AN ISSUE?
No need to stress. I am a phone call or text message away. I always remind everyone to view their confirmation numbers below and remember Cast Members are people too, so bring your patience. They are here to help you too. 


WHAT YOU WILL NEED
To enter a Walt Disney World theme park, each Guest must have:

  • A theme park reservation—made via the new Disney Park Pass system—along with valid park admission for the same park on the same day

Also, it’s needed to have:

  • The latest version of the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, with location services and notifications enabled
  • A cashless or contactless form of payment (preferred)

RIDER SWITCH
If a child does not meet the height requirement or a guest does not wish to board a particular attraction, no problem! With Rider Switch, one adult can wait with the non-rider (or riders) while the rest of the party enjoys the attraction. When the other adult returns, they can supervise the non-riding guests, and the waiting adult can board the attraction without having to wait in the regular line again! Rider Switch is available at select attractions at all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. To use Rider Switch, check in with a Cast Member at the attraction in question. 

MOBILE ORDERING
Mobile ordering is available at most Quick Service dining locations. This allows you to skip the lines and order your food through the My Disney Experience app. Begin by selecting “+” then choose “Order Food.” Pick an available restaurant, then make your selections. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. Once you’ve reviewed your details, you can pay for your order using a credit card, debit card or Disney dining plan. Once you’re at the restaurant, select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen knows to start on your order. While your order is being prepared, take this time to find a table and unwind with your group. You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready to retrieve at the counter with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.

MEMORY MAKER
If you have pre-purchased Memory Maker, you will be able to download any park photos, character meeting photos, attraction photos, etc., that your family takes, starting on your arrival day. Be sure to stop and have the Disney PhotoPass photographers take your family pictures when you see them – and ask about “magic shots!” You can click “Activate photos” to remove the watermark and begin downloading them to your phones (when you get home, you can download them to your computer from the full My Disney Experience website - be sure to download within 30 days of activating)
