* Pre-paid gratuities can be added to an individual reservation up to 48 hours before the sail date. Within 48 hours, they will automatically be added to your bill onboard the ship.
** Travelers can still purchase flights through the ASir2Sea program after March 10; however, they will need to be paid in full at the time of being added.
Royal Caribbean offers a great Air2Sea flight program. But keep in mind, you're free to forego it and, instead, book your flight independently!

If you have purchased your travel insurance, make sure you have updated the total cost to include costs for any additional purchases you've made (i.e. flight, hotel, excursions, etc.). You can update your travel insurance plan in the policy management tool.
Once you have booked your flights, you'll need to book your arrival and departure transfers. As a reminder, I won't be booking individual arrival and departure transfers, but for your convenience, I have included links to reputable transfer companies below.

Please make sure you have touched your passport! Open it up and confirm that your passport expires months after the trip ends.
If that's not the case, the good news is you have time now to start the renewal process! The Department of State rolled out an online renewal process. Learn more about the online passport renewal program.
As of March 2025, no visa is required for US Passport holders, but it's important to check the Department of State's website for up-to-date travel requirements.

The European Union intended to roll out the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) sometime in 2025. However, they have now delayed it to 2026, so we do not have to worry about this requirement for our trip. If you want to familiarize yourself with it for future travel, be sure to visit the website.
