I was an incredibly shy teenager with an obsession with all things French once I started French classes. I somehow managed to convince my parents to let me participate in two different group trips to France in those 4 years. Little did my parents know that those experiences would give me not only the passion for travel and adventure but also the confidence to be who I am today.

I am an extroverted, independent, adventure-seeking single mom who still loves all things French. I've been able to enjoy all kinds of travel, domestic and abroad, and even confident enough to take two solo trips to Europe. Last year, I got to introduce my son to the city that started it all for me, and seeing it through his eyes made me appreciate it so much more! This year, we experienced something new together- an incredible 7-day Alaskan Inside Passage Cruise followed by a 3-day land tour that took us from Whittier to Denali National Park and on to Fairbanks. What I thought would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip has turned into a love for Alaska and the desire to return...more than once!
