What We Do?
Planning & Research Fees

We want you to experience the getaway you desire, before, during and after. For us to locate your special getaway that will require our time and expertise to research the destination, mode of travel, activities, etc. We pose a non-refundable planning and research fee to support our time and experience to provide the level of service that you deserve.

Travel vendors and destinations listed are not an all-inclusive list that we use. If you do not see your desired destination or travel vendor, contact us.

Fees are non-refundable and can be variable based on trip needs, research and requirements. Fees and costs are subject to change.

International / Land / Luxury Cruise Planning Fee

Luxury Cruise: SeaDream Yacht Club, Amawaterways, Virgin Voyages, American River Cruise, Azamara, Celebrity

Railway - Railbookers, Rocky Mountaineer, Amtrak

Faith-Based Travel, Adventure travel, Wellness journey, Sports events

Luxury Land Travel: Domestic or International (ex. Europe, Africa, Maldives, Belize, Fiji, etc.)

$100.00 - 250.00 per person (US)
Group / Conference Planning Fee

Groups consist of 10 or more people traveling together. 40 or more people in a group, the fee will be $500.00 (US)

Retreat ~ Conference ~ Faith-based ~ Family/friends

$350.00 - $500.00 per group (US)
Contemporary Cruise Planning Fee

Carnival Cruise ~ Royal Caribbean ~ Princess ~ Norwegian

$50.00 per person (US)
Airfare and Hotel Booking/Service Fee

We offer a service to book hotel only and flight only or both for basic travel. There will be a per person service fee. Our service to locate, book and track your flights and desired hotels can require various time to secure.

We can provide this service for you to free your time to prepare for your trip.

Note:  Our travel agency or its agents are not held liable for any airfare and hotel changes initiated by the airline or hotel vendors.
