Hi, I'm Suzanne Klasen, a CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor. I've been cruising for more than 42 years and I have seen the industry evolve in so many ways with bigger ships, more choices and options, and incredible amenities that I never would have dreamed of when I took my first cruise. However, the one aspect of cruising that has made it consistently special is the incredible friendly and personalized service found onboard every vessel from the smallest river boat to the largest mega ship.

My goal is to provide that same level of service to all my customers throughout the cruise planning process. I take the time to get to know each of my customers personally and help them to select a vacation experience that is tailored just to them.
