Morocco is the gateway between Africa and Europe: the cuisine itself is a blend of the traditional and of the colonial with trade influences that are dissimilar to the herb based recipes found on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea.

Moroccan food is about sensuality, it appeals directly to the sense of smell, sight and taste in a way that no other culture has mastered. It’s well known amongst Moroccans that the best meals are found at home.

So gather up your mason Jars, ziplock bags, etc. to bring some of this spice home with you.

Next Steps: After review, when you are ready to proceed with booking your travel:

1. Complete your individual booking form at Morocco 2022 then submit your non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to secure your booking. Roommates should submit their deposit on the same day. 
2. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive the additional documentation required to finalize your booking.
