With a temperate climate and no extreme weather conditions, Uruguay is a great travel destination year around. The best time to visit Uruguay is in Autumn (March-May) and Spring (September-November), especially pleasant times weather-wise. Days are mild, around 20 degrees and there are frequent Indian summers. If you’re planning on visiting Uruguay during the holiday season and Carnival months, in late December to early February, plan early as this is the busiest season for international travelers and local travelers.
