Please note that the following itinerary is an example, as all of our journeys are custom-made. To that end we note some trip extensions & substitutions.

The whole - by way of the sum-of-the-parts!

  • If we think of the different locations in this itinerary as segments (ex: Jackson hole, Big Sky etc) then the segment(s) you desire will be optimally paired. Most segments are compatible, but not all.
  • On International trips this is very relevant. We have local / in country reps, most of whom are, not available to the public.
  • These on-site reps are tuned to the logistics of each location, in all seasons. They guide us on how to combine segments and make a template itinerary YOUR trip.

It Doesn't hurt that we have done the segments ourselves!

Here is how we think of it: An architect's first house pales in comparison to the 20th house because experience is the lifeblood of expertise. If you referred friends on 5 trips to Peru the 5th itinerary would have been the best itinerary of them all. DIY planners get the first house & first itinerary

Our volume of business, direct relationships with suppliers, affiliation with Virtuoso & Elite memberships (Marriot Stars & luminous, Hyatt Prive, Accor, Belmond Bellini and more) gives the following statement some real teeth

  1. Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability (every hotel says this but as Marriot says, Someone has to be on the top of the list and for us that someone is the client of a Stars & Luminous advisor…there is no higher level.”)
  2. Daily breakfast (often) for up to two guests per bedroom
  3. Resort credit (often a minimum of $100 per room)
