Before joining CSS Travel, Sharlene graduated from Pacific Travel & Trade School as an Honor Graduate receiving a Travel Operations Diploma. She has worked a few years in the hotel industry as well as 5 years with United Airlines and 15 years as a Travel Agent.

With a focus on the individual needs of each of her clients Sharlene has been helping clients plan everything from group Weddings, Honeymoons, fully guided tours as well as Foreign Independent Travel Vacations to Tropical Island Vacations, National Parks and quick local getaways as well as Ocean & River Cruises all around the world!
