Awards/Certifications
Randall is a Certified Cruise Counselor with CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Association), a member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents), and the Travel Institute. He has completed the training and certification provided by many vacation providers while specializing in Collette Guided Tours, AmaWaterways River Cruises, and Oceania Cruises.

Randall has traveled extensively both at home and abroad. He has visited every state in the continental United States and visited several countries in Europe including: Portugal, Spain, France, and Latvia. He has also been to the Caribbean, Canada, and Brazil.
