This was a trip I put together for a couple going on their honeymoon to the UK. They had some things already booked and I filled in the rest. I have taken out all the specific travel documents due to the personal information contained. This sample proposal serves as an example of the kinds of trips I put together and how I present this information to my clients.
I initially present several proposals to the client and once a proposal is selected, it will be transformed into their travel itinerary. I include all the specific trip information with confirmations, destination information and more.
Passports & Visas - It is your responsibility to ensure that you have secured the correct travel documentation for each country you are visiting. Each passenger must check with the appropriate consulate of each country for exact visa & passport requirements. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. Failure to secure the correct documentation may prevent you from boarding the plane or entering the country resulting in forfeiting the cost of your trip. We do not take responsibility for ensuring you have the correct travel documents.
Car rentals: If the itinerary includes a car rental, the price quoted only covers the basic rental cost, VAT taxes of the vehicle and, if selected, CDW charges. Local charges, such as one-way drop fees, location service charges, vehicle licensing fees, and road taxes are all paid upon return the vehicle. Clients must present a credit card in the main driver's name. If the client does not present a credit card in the main driver's name the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no refunds will be issued.
