Adventure traveling in-style, on-a-budget since 2002. Northern Alberta-based. I'm just as happy with a backpack in the backwoods as I am with beaches and five-star resorts.
I completed a Diploma in Travel and Tourism in 2005 and I have worked in several areas in the travel tourism industry including accommodations, events, aviation and travel agent-ing.

My travel style
I am all over the place. I enjoy tons of different experiences and traveling by plane, train, boats and taking fun road trips. I like cities and remote places, my own country and far away places, five-star and budget travel. I am happy going somewhere with a backpack.
Favourite Trip Moments:
- Frightfully Fun Parade at the Oogie Boogie Bash in Disneyland.
- Hot-tubbing in Tofino.
- Chasing whales in Seymour Narrows.
- Hiking volcanoes in Costa Rica.
Dreaming of:
- Greek Island hopping.
- A second visit to France.
- Sweden and Norway.
- Galapagos Islands.....too many to add on this list.
Things I can't travel without...
Good music, headphones and a good backpack.
Two truths, one lie:
- I have been to Kruger National Park to see the Big Five.
- I have done a 1.5km long zip-line from one mountain top to another.
- I have greeted the crew on a pirate ship.
The lie is that I have never been to Kruger National Park....it's a huge bucket list trip for me!
