We'll have a later start today. In the late morning, we'll visit Ragusa with a local guide who will impart the history of the beautiful town to us. For lunch we'll enjoy traditional specialties of the region in Modica, followed by a demonstration of how the sweet shops make Modican chocolate, a recipe particular to this area. Of course, you'll have to taste it too... and bring a few bars home for your friends and family.
